Erishskroy Sparkling White Wine, 12% vol, is a bright, delicate wine made predominately from the Seyval grape and has delicious hints of lemon zest, gooseberry with the warmth of brioche. It makes a great aperitif and is the perfect pairing for fish, salmon and chicken dishes and good Yorkshire cheeses.

Erihskroy Sparkling Blush Wine, 12% vol, is made from a combination of Pinot Noir and Seyval grapes and has a refreshing crisp dryness with hints of strawberry and blackcurrant. It also is delicious as an aperitif and goes well with salads, cheese and summer fruit pudding.
